Yamasa Kamaboko Co., Ltd. is a long-established kamaboko manufacturer representing Hyogo Prefecture, founded in 1916 in Shirahama-cho, Himeji City.
It is a manufacturer that has developed products that make full use of raw fish, such as the crab claw-style kamaboko “Shigure”, the “Hamo” series, and the “Anago” kamaboko, and even small children can enjoy “factory tours” and “kamaboko making experience classes” at the factory.
In addition, the “Shibazakura Path” on the mountain behind the Yamasa Kamabo Head Office Factory and the “Lotus Flower Garden” on the north side of the Yamasa Kamabo Head Office Factory are also famous tourist attractions.
